Please turn in a signed copy of the Medical Form & Registration Guidelines Form (found below) on Evaluation Day. Your registration will not be complete without these signed documents.
All Coaches/Managers will need to have their Background information turned in ASAP to [email protected], att: Safety Officer.

Registration Window for Spring 2025 Registration will be October 14, 2024 - January 13, 2025.
